New Shoes

That's right folks. Romi's trying to walk.
Our mild tempered child now screeches and whines until we help her to achieve standing. She has discovered that with our help, she can stand and even take some messy steps. These same actions when attempted alone usually result in a not-so-comfortable fall. Our presence only reduces the number of tumbles. The shoes are to help with grip. Her little besocked feet would sabotage the whole effort.

Here, Romi is pictured doing other favorite activities: Casual conversation and full-tub bathing. She is crazy social and is seen here with a few pals from her birth class. We had our 'official' reunion last Sunday. It was wonderful to see everyone who was there and those cute, growing babies! I like this shot because it shows all the dads & their sons, Romi was the only girl baby in the whole class (including the two not pictured).
